Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture Arts Council Tokyo is holding the "Heaven Artist Program" together with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. As part of this, we will hold "Heaven Artist TOKYO 2026," where Heaven Artists active in parks across the city will gather at Ueno Onshi Park to perform and present musical performances!

About Heaven Artist

Heaven artists are artists who have passed the examination by experts conducted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and have been granted a license.
If you become a Heaven Artist, you can perform music or perform at a designated place such as a metropolitan park or a private facility designated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government on a reserved date and time.

*It does not allow music performances or performances on the street.
