Outline of the Workshop for Children's Experience of Japanese-style Rooms
As a part of the project for cultural utilization and dissemination of modern and contemporary residential architecture in FY 2026, we will hold a "Japanese room experience for children" at the Kazue House. Children can experience Japanese hospitality.
Kazue Family Residence
It was completed in 1939. It is a Japanese-style house designed by Kakuji Matsunoi of Vories Architectural Office.
It is characterized by its design combining Spanish style and Sukiya-zukuri style, as well as its spatial structure with an authentic tea room, and is registered as a National Registered Tangible Cultural Property.

Notes
- We will send you a confirmation email after you apply. (If you do not receive a confirmation email after 2 or 3 days, please let us know.)
- The participation fee of 2,000 yen will be paid in cash on the day. Please bring as little change as possible.
- It's a workshop for children. Parents are asked to watch and support the children.
- We may take photos of the event on the day and use them for the sponsor's publicity. Please be aware before applying.
- Program contents are subject to change or cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances.
- We will properly manage and store the personal information we receive and use it only for the implementation of this project and for information.
