FY2025 Overseas Study Visit Program for Arts Management Professionals
content of support
- Round-trip airfare between Japan and client (economy class)
- local accommodation expenses
- Daily allowance (10,000 yen per day of stay in the country)
- Other support, such as coordination of schedules and programs at the client site, and introduction and advice of local personnel
dispatch target
All of the following conditions must be met in each field
- We select the target art field according to the partner.
- Interested in performing overseas, exchange with the overseas sector, or co-production, but no or little work experience overseas
- Must have at least three years of experience in the field of art
- Residents living in the Tokyo metropolitan area and engaging mainly in activities in Tokyo
- Possess a valid passport with the required remaining period at the time of the second screening (interview)

Berlin International Film Festival
- Overview
- Focusing on the Berlin International Film Festival, one of the three major film festivals in the world, the project aims to build a network with industry stakeholders and deepen insight into the international film industry through visits to the festival's production sites, participation in marketplaces (EFM) and talk programs, and interviews with relevant parties.

Destination 1: Seoul Performing Arts Festival
- Overview
- They will mainly visit the Seoul Performing Arts Festival (SPAF), the largest international performing arts festival in Korea, and the Performing Arts Market Seoul (PAMS), an art fair held at the same time, to experience new trends in contemporary performing arts and build an international network.

- Overview
- Approximately half of the participating artists at the Taipei Biennale are mid-career and young artists who were born after 1984. They will be dispatched on the opening day of the event, and will serve as an opportunity to network with participating artists and art professionals from around the world. In addition, they mainly visit cultural facilities in Taiwan and artists' ateliers.
