Business Overview
This time, as a new attempt, we invited a producer to create a program with an objective point of view, and searched for the development of a concert called a Japanese music exhibition. Composer Noriko Hisada, who was hired as a producer, has worked with the exhibition for five years. From the outside, the world of Japanese instruments seems closed, and it is often seen as a concert of the first class of 'only 20 stringed Soh.' However, this event was planned and held with the aim of breaking down this wall through a new trial, an approach to Soh from a viewpoint different from that of the members of the Japanese music exhibition, and innovative programming. Four composers, Noriko Hisada, Masami Horii, Mamoru Fujieda and Shigeaki Saegusa, collaborated on the project.

Profile
[Nanae Yoshimura Soh Research Institute]
A research group founded by Nanae YOSHIMURA to train 20 stringed Soh players in order to pursue the music of 20 stringed Soh, the new Soh of today. In collaboration with contemporary composers, the aim was to transmit Japanese original music to the world and to produce a repertoire for future generations. Through his performance activities, he verified the results of his research and tried to popularize and promote the music of Soh, thereby making efforts to popularize Soh, especially the musical instrument called 20 stringed Soh.
