The Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture Arts Council Tokyo are implementing the "Overseas Study Visit Program for Arts Management Professionals" project to dispatch young art management personnel who will play a role in connecting artists and society to overseas festivals and other events for a short period of time.

In fiscal 2026, the 2nd program will be held at the Toronto International Film Festival, the largest film festival in North America. Positioned as a prelude to the Academy Awards, the festival annually screens more than 300 films, and TIFF: The Market, an official market established in 2026, gathers industry representatives from around the world to experience the entire film industry in a short period of time. We are looking forward to receiving applications from young people in the film industry who aspire to expand their business internationally.

(We plan to dispatch to all 7 regions in FY 2026.)
