Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture Arts Council Tokyo supports creative activities to improve the attractiveness of Tokyo's arts and culture and disseminate them to the world, promote local culture and traditional performing arts, and engage in artistic activities that address various social and urban issues.
We have now decided on the target projects for the first phase Creation Grant of fiscal year 2026.
"Category I (One-year Grant) Creative Arts Activities" received 435 applications, 70 items adopted (16.1% acceptance rate). Total amount of grant planned: 106.38 million yen tab page. Of these, 10 projects are scheduled for creative environment support costs totaling 914000 yen.
Category III (Annual Grant) Activities to Improve the Creative Environment received 23 applications, One was adopted. (4.3% acceptance rate). Total amount of grant planned: 1.1 million yen tab page. The total amount of support for creative environments for 1 project is 100,000 yen.
