Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture Arts Council Tokyo, together with Tokyo, aims to realize a symbiotic society where everyone can experience art and culture, and in fiscal year 2024, we established "Grant for Accessibility." This grant requires attendance of a course to learn effective support know-how for people with disabilities, etc., as a requirement for application. For initiatives aimed at improving accessibility for viewers and participants, actual expenses will be subsidized up to a maximum of 1.5 million yen.
As the first step, 24 organizations were selected for the project (27,290,456 yen in total). Please refer to the list of selected projects below for details. Applications for this subsidy will be accepted at any time, and applications will be closed when the total amount decided to be granted reaches the budget.
