The Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture Arts Council Tokyo are implementing the "Overseas Study Visit Program for Arts Management Professionals" project to dispatch young art management personnel who will play a role in connecting artists and society to overseas festivals and other events for a short period of time.

The destinations of the 3rd dispatch in FY 2026 were Taiwan, England and Germany. In Taiwan, we will be dispatched to the Tainan Art Biennale. Taiwan is attracting attention as one of the most architecturally advanced regions in Asia, where rapid urban development coexists with the preservation and revitalization of historical buildings. Each city has a unique collection of public buildings, cultural facilities, and renovation projects, allowing visitors to experience urban policies, cultural promotion, and regional revitalization in a short period of time. We are looking forward to receiving applications from young professionals in the field of architecture who aspire to expand their business internationally.
