The Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture Arts Council Tokyo are implementing the "Overseas Study Visit Program for Arts Management Professionals" project to dispatch young art management personnel who will play a role in connecting artists and society to overseas festivals and other events for a short period of time.

The destinations of the 3rd dispatch in FY 2026 were Taiwan, England and Germany. In Germany, we will participate in the Performing Arts Season at the Berlin Arts Festival and Euroscene Leipzig. Berlin, the capital of Europe, is known for its experimental art scene, and Leipzig has a long history of culture, including music and academia. It is a rare opportunity to experience the coexistence of modern creativity and traditional art in two contrasting cities, as well as the innovation and historical depth of German culture. We look forward to receiving applications from young art managers who aspire to expand their business internationally.
