The Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture Arts Council Tokyo are implementing a "Overseas Study Visit Program for Arts Management Professionals" program to dispatch young art management personnel who will play a role in connecting artists and society to overseas festivals and other events for a short period of time.
In the second open call this year, we sought applicants to be sent to the Toronto International Film Festival, known as the largest film festival in North America, and as a result of the screening, the following applicants were selected.

48 applicants and 3 candidates from the film industry (Film festival directors, producers, film directors, screenwriters, technical and production staff, film media critics, etc.)
