The Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture Arts Council Tokyo are implementing the "Overseas Study Visit Program for Arts Management Professionals" project to dispatch young art management personnel who will play a role in connecting artists and society to overseas festivals and other events for a short period of time.
In the third round of applications this year, we invited candidates to be dispatched to Berlin, London, and Tainan. As a result of the screening process, the following applicants were selected to participate in the Tainan Art Biennale, which will be held for the first time this year.
