Making the most of the cultural resources of the Tama region including Hachioji City, this festival is something that can be enjoyed by everyone, even those unfamiliar with traditional culture and performing arts. It features a diverse lineup including performances and interactive experiences at Hachioji City Art & Cultural Hall (Icho Hall and in the town).
