Arts Council Tokyo is delighted to introduce its new logo. It was selected via a design competition held at the end of 2012. The new logo was designed by Mr. Kaoru Kasai with the concept of an “exuberant mind.”
“Exuberant Mind”
Art makes people’s minds abound with vitality. The logo represents a peaceful mountain, a spacious road, a tip of paint brush, or whatever one’s imagination suggests!
