Kaoru Kasai

Born in Hokkaido in 1949, Mr. Kasai worked at Bunka Printing Co. and Ootani Design Labortory Co., before joining Sun-Ad Co., Ltd. in 1973. His best-known works are his series of advertisements for Suntory Oolong Tea (1983- ), United Arrows (1997- ), and CI planning for Toraya (2003- ). His activities range from CI and signage for Suntory, the Suntory Museum of Art and the Toranomon Towers, to advertisements for cinema and theater as well as designs for photo collections etc.

Awards：

Tokyo ADC Grand Prix, Mainichi Design Award, Asahi Advertising Award, Kodansha Syuppan-Bunka Award, and Japan Advertising Fumio Yamana Award, etc.
