- Common to both individuals and organizations (In the case of an organization, the presence or absence of corporate status and the type of organization do not matter.)
All conditions (1) - (5) must be satisfied at the time of application
(1) The organization needs a practice room for performing arts
(2) The organization must be able to comply with the terms of use
(3) The organization has performed public activities in the past or is planning to perform public activities
(4) At least half of the applicants or users must be aged 18 to 40 years old
(5) Either of the following A/A must be satisfied
(a) At least half of the applicants or users must live or work in Tokyo, or must have graduated from a school in Tokyo
(b) The organization's head office or head office must be located in Tokyo.
