This project was based in the Japanese capital of Tokyo with the aim of guaranteeing the rights of all children and young people in the country to encounter and experience high quality and diverse performing arts. At the same time, by featuring many non-verbal works that do not rely solely on spoken language, as well as predominantly visual works such as puppet shows that draw on the use of objects, the festival not only provided children and young people with the opportunity to watch trailblazing works but also reached a global audience by appealing to inbound tourists, etc.
