Every year, children of junior high school age and under plus all fourth grade elementary school students in Suginami City are invited to take part in “Let’s go to the theatre!,” a program in which they visit a theater to watch a performance and gain firsthand experience of theater. This year the performances comprise Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream,” and “The Little Prince,” inspired by “Le Petit Prince” by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry.
