Written and directed by: Ai Nagai
Cast: Morio Kazama, Masato Hagiwara, Hayata Tateyama
Ai Nagai, who has presented many impressive images of women, presents a rare three-men play. The men, who are very different in age, circumstances, and way of thinking, meet by chance in an abandoned factory, and a “special night” unfolds.
The first performance took place in the fall of 2012, when the memories of the Great East Japan Earthquake and the nuclear power plant accident were still fresh. Japan was exposed in the midst of an unprecedented situation. How has the country changed or not in the 12 years since then?
