A company employee is not born a company employee. But as they continue to work at a company, they are expected to develop the sense of responsibility and work ethos of the typical company employee. Likewise, the roles acted in a play are not complete from the beginning: an actor grows into a role through repeated rehearsals.
In the same way that there are no rehearsals for life, there are no rehearsals for this production. The only slight difference from everyday life is that nobody involved in the production is familiar with it. The performers and production staff have a brief meeting beforehand, go to the venue at midday on the day of the performance, discuss the show, and then go into the performance.
Organizers hope to hold the audience’s attention for the duration of the performance, which features Miyamori herself acting the roles of company president, boss, and client as she interacts with guest performers playing the role of Miyamori.

Plans and organizes various events based on a conscious grasp of the actions and speech of daily life. In its practices and research, the company considers what to do in the situations we find ourselves in, what we can do in those situations, and what the meaning of those respective situations is. It engages in projects and activities that explore the possibilities of everyday actions constrained by norms and order, staging them in an instant form.
