We believe that a marching parade that captures the hearts of the people is a march of peace and culture, and we sponsor this parade with the hope that through marching we will bring enrichment and hope to the hearts of the people.
　The local community is facing many challenges, such as the declining birthrate and aging population, the gradual fading of ties between people, and how the leaders of the community can relate to young people. Through this parade, we are determined to play a role in sending out information about culture and the arts from Hachioji, on the western edge of Tokyo, to the rest of the country and the world, as well as the charms of Tokyo.
