The Nihonbashi Kidai-Matsuri Edo Asobi ― Traditional Culture Festival is being held in Nihonbashi, the birthplace of Edo culture where even today an historical atmosphere remains. The festival, which aims to convey the attractions of traditional arts and culture and make them accessible to traditional arts novices, features a collaborative performance on the theme of “autumn colors” and “Nihonbashi” by leaders in traditional Nihon buyo, kyogen and traditional Japanese music along with younger performers who hold the future of these arts in their hands.
