The “Bridge Talk” talk show series is the brainchild of Art Bridge Institute Director Chihiro Minato, who chooses a compelling idea or person as the main theme for each session and hosts discussions that aim to build bridges among the various pieces of society, communities, and art. The four Bridge Talk sessions from November through February, titled “Bridge-Building Series”, feature organizers of art projects in different fields as the guest panel.

The third session of the Bridge-Building Series features a discussion with Hirokazu Nagata, the director of NPO Plus Arts, who speaks about the roles that the art perspective has played—and can play—in disaster prevention and welfare.
