TURN is an art project that creates artistic expression in the form of interaction through encounters between diverse people, transcending differences in background and customs, including disability, age, gender, nationality, and living environment.

2020 sees this project mark the culmination of six years of creative activity undertaken since TURN’s inception as a Leading Project, with an even bigger TURN FES to take place at several venues in collaboration with artists from Japan and overseas, and a diverse array of facilities and organizations.
