2. Roppongi Art Night Digital “RAN TV” Moving Title
   Video artwork incorporating the text ‘RAN TV’ which will be widely used in the digital implementation of Roppongi Art Night’s RAN TV
   (Think of it as agreeing with the moving logo, title animation, and jingle.)
   We request three lengths: 15, 30, and 60 seconds. (If it is too difficult to provide three variations, then one or two variations is acceptable)

After the Roppongi Art Night Spin-off Project is completed (scheduled for the end of March 2021), the selected artwork will receive a flat fee of 100,000 yen (including tax) as an honorarium.

– Works that advertise or advocate for religious or political causes
– Works that advertise or solicit on behalf of a particular charity
– Works that advertise, market, or advocate for a particular organization, business, or product

Artists, creatives, and staff working in the expressive fields of art, video, music, drama, dance, etc. Individuals and groups are both eligible to apply.

Applicants (both (1) and (2)) should fill out the application form and send it to us. Please send your video work via YouTube as follows.

*Set your YouTube privacy settings (public settings) to “Unlisted”.
**Be sure to make it private to everyone except the judges.
*Provide the URL to link to the video in the application form.
If you are planning to create a video work, please submit a storyboard or proposal.。

Handling of Personal Information
Personal information acquired via the application process will be managed by the Roppongi Art Night Executive Committee and will not be used for any other purpose.

A common title data will be sent to the selected applicants, so please add it to the head of the work and deliver the data.
The data format should be as follows:
Video format: QuickTime format (.mov) and MP4 format (.mp4)
Codec: QuickTime format / AppleProRes MP4 format / H264
Resolution (Aspect Ratio): 1080p (16:9)
Frame Rate: Any. Recommended 29.976fps
Target Bit Rate (Mbps): Must be between 10M bps and 100M bps.

For the selected works, please send the video data to the Open Call Office as soon as possible after the acceptance.
Please note that we will not return the video data sent to us.

Selected video works will be shown on the YouTube channel Roppongi Art Night Digital “RAN TV”.
Some works will also be screened in the Roppongi area using monitors and projectors.

Artworks will be selected based on their compatibility with Roppongi Art Night’s mission statement and this edition’s theme – Right now, can art rejuvenate the city?
Artworks must strictly adhere to the requirement that they have not been exhibited or published previously.
