Tokyo Grand Tea Ceremony 2013

How to apply for Cha-seki reservations

Reservations are required for the Cha-seki at both venues. Those interested must apply for reservations via reply-paid postcard or the official website (one application per person). Applications will be accepted from Jul 26 (Fri) through Aug 31 (Sat). Applications must be postmarked by the deadline. Should the number of applicants exceed the number of available seats, reservations will be assigned via a drawing. If there are still seats available after the application period or parties cancel their reservations, Cha-seki tickets will be available for purchase on the day of the event.
