Operating in Koganei City, this project aims to inspire regular citizens to pursue spiritually rich ways of life through encounters with art. The activities focus on using art culture to spur community development and creating opportunities for the public to get involved in various programs. In FY2014, we will work to archive its past activities and plan art projects that give shape to cultural policies.
