As a model project for collaboration with municipalities, we are implementing the “Kita!: 1010 People in Senju” pun-filled music festival, a citizen-participation-oriented concert with 1010 performers being held as part of the program Art Access Adachi: Downtown Senju – Connecting through Sound Art.
