We organize forums which deal with current and important themes in the field of art and culture. Our mission is to be a center for the transmission and discussion of artistic and cultural activities that affirm and enhance Tokyo’s presence as an international city, through discussion among arts councils, facilities and institutions for artistic and cultural exchange, artists and researchers in Japan and other countries.
