The midsummer art event Hotel Arts Festival in PARK HOTEL TOKYO is a two-day-only event bringing together the power of artists living in the same era and held at the Shiodome district’s Park Hotel, a location which has been attracting attention as an art-focused hotel designed according to the concept “time and space offering first-hand experience of Japanese aesthetics.” The event will offer a talk on the various cultural aspects of Tokyo which have been featured in the newsletter “TOKYO PAPER for Culture,” whose concept up until last year was “know, deepen, and enhance the culture of Tokyo.” The talk will also look at a new concept for the newsletter being developed this year, and culture in Tokyo going forward, in anticipation of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
