Internet radio program TOKYO ART BLOOM is a collaboration with TOKYO FM’s TOKYO FM WORLD, which relays around the globe up-to-date information on Tokyo’s present and visions of its future.
In each program, Tokyo-based foreigners active in the fields of culture and the arts are invited to talk about the appeal of Tokyo as they feel and perceive it as creatives living in an environment differing from their native one. The program also provides the global audience with choice information on programs run by Arts Council Tokyo.
