Profile

NPO alfalfa
The management group “alfalfa” was launched in 2006 by a number of young art managers. In 2007, alfalfa began supporting the activities of dancer/choreographer Motoko Hirayama. In 2009, the group became an NPO. It carries out projects presenting outstanding art to society in cooperation with artists and art NPOs engaged in high-quality creative projects, local cultural facilities, and area residents.
Through a loose network of art managers from the same generation, alfalfa builds flexible and open project structures. It aims to promote the continuity of art management and train the next generation of art managers.
