While the influence of COVID-19 still continues, the Ogikubo Music Festival has set its own COVID-19 countermeasure guidelines and reduced the scale to about one-third of the conventional one. The 4th “Ogikubo Youth Ensemble Concert” started practice in August when the infection status of COVID-19 was still high, and it became a performance that can be said to be a masterpiece with careful infection control and devoted guidance of support players. In addition, as a project that allows children to participate in concerts, three “concerts for parents and children to enjoy” were held, all of which were well received. At the “7th Mirai Yume Concert”, an all-Suginami junior high school student band who participated in the “Brass Band Workshop” organized by the NPO Suginami Children’s Support from this year participated in the stage. Although the participation of Haramachi Daiichi Junior High School in Minamisoma City was not realized this year, we were able to realize online performances and exchanges by ZOOM and send out the message “Let’s stay connected forever”.
