This is a training program that has been ongoing since 2018.
This year, the program focused on research by ten participants on their respective themes, featuring two interim presentations and a final presentation. To support the participants’ research activities, four instructors (Shintaro Hirahara, Hokuto Kodama, Yuma Ochi, and Ayako Takahashi) gave ten lectures and provided feedback during the presentations. Craneo attempted a new training program format with the objective of encouraging participants to set their own goals and engage in voluntary exploration.

As the production arm of OrganWorks, Craneo aims to be a “dance company that connects with society through advanced physical expression.” As such, it engages in open-to-the-public initiatives such as the planning, operation and choreographing of stage productions, open rehearsals for students, choreographer training courses, and workshops created together with people with disabilities.
