A participatory project for Tokyo residents of all ages, centered on the theme of Tokyo 50 years from now. Through various programs such as “Stage Performances,” “Talk Sessions,” “Space Production Workshops & Art Presentations,” “Art Exhibitions,” and “Symposiums,” the project will progress through diverse interactions with anthropologists, artists, businesspeople, etc. It is led by Hiroshi Koike, the Shitamachi Kyodai (rapper and percussionist), Wataru Yamakami (artist), Jinya Imai (Noh actor and small drum player), and Yumino Sakamaru(representative of EARTH+GALLERY).

Under the direction of Hiroshi Koike, the representative and director, the company develops performing arts projects under the name “Hiroshi Koike Bridge Project -Odyssey.”
Since its establishment in 1982, the company has created 88 works in 18 countries and staged performances in 42 countries. Its main business involves creating performances, promoting international co-productions between Japanese and overseas artists, and organizing tours both domestically and internationally. The company also conducts fixed-term and experimental performances based in Tokyo, all with the goal of bringing these performances to a wider audience across various locations and scales.
