Outline

I hope to spread the appeal of the koto, a traditional Japanese culture.
I chose the songs mainly from those that I have a connection with, while also taking into consideration the seasons. “Haru no Megumi” was one of my favorite pieces that I learned from Master Hisamoto Shigeko, who was the reason I started playing the koto. “Saga no Aki” and “Sekiheki no fu” are pieces related to my current master, and they are pieces that have shaped who I am today. I asked my senior disciples and shakuhachi players who I regularly keep in contact with to act as supporting performers, and I also asked close friends, juniors, family and relatives to act as staff, making for a homely event.
