Works by artists under 30 selected through a screening process will be exhibited in various settings–butcher shop, bookstore, izakaya, etc.–in the area around Nishi-Ogikubo Station on the JR Chuo Line. Numerous events, including critiquing sessions by invited experts, will be held during this festival, which aims to open a future path for promising young artists.
