Various programs will take place so that a wide variety of people, such as residents in Toshima City, artists, NPOs, and students, find the charms of the different areas in the city to creatively engage in establishment of community and network. The project aims at developing an environment for realizing self-motivated, voluntary, and proactive activities so that more people will be able to construct the system for creating an art space by themselves.
