With the streets as their arena, art projects get close to people’s lives, and present questions through art. This series of talk events organized by Arts Council Tokyo seeks to unravel the mysteries of art projects. These meetings will bring together people with an interest in art projects to explore the relationship between society and art, and craft a new “language” for it. The series began in 2016 as part of Tokyo Artpoint Project.
