By collaborating with Tokyo municipalities to develop cultural projects that meet local needs and issues and which are implemented at local facilities, we aim to create opportunities enabling accessible contact with the arts and culture, and to improve the planning and implementation capabilities of Tokyo municipalities which are responsible for cultural projects in their communities.
