This program aims to cultivate and nurture the next generation of leaders in arts and culture, by supporting them to find deep insight and a broad outlook when thinking about the role of arts and culture in society and putting this thinking into practice. Adopting a multifaceted perspective, it also provides support in capacity building to develop thoughts and skills for various practitioners in order to solve the issues faced on their activities and achieve their goals. The program features practical seminars and discussions, with participants preparing and presenting reports on problemsolving/ value-making strategies.
