On this program, promising young arts management professionals are sent for a short term on study visit to cutting-edge festivals, cultural facilities and platforms that bring together people involved in arts and culture overseas. The aim is to develop network with directors and producers overseas, thereby helping to expand the future activities of leaders in the arts and culture of Tokyo.
