The KINECO International Children’s Film Festival is one of the largest children’s film festivals in Japan to offer “live cinema” (live-dubbed) versions of all screened films, each selected from around the world to cultivate children’s global imagination.
In addition to screening a mix of feature-length films and shorts from Japan and overseas as well as competition films in a barrier-free environment, the festival also brings together special guests such as representatives of overseas film festivals, people involved in movie production, child actors, and many others involved in the world of the cinema. In addition to screenings, workshops in which even small children can take part will also be held.
