This program provides financial support for projects related to a variety of traditional performing arts which are accessible even to complete novices and which allow individual participants to gain practical experience of the same discipline multiple times. It aims to promote the development of traditional performing arts by providing opportunities for people to experience for themselves the fascination of traditional performing arts, and by aiding traditional performing arts to take root in people’s everyday lives, thereby expanding the number of people who take lessons on a daily basis.
