In recent years, Tarinof dance company has invited dancers from diverse backgrounds to create works and perform on a regular basis, and in the meantime has provided choreographed pieces to dance companies and students of dance in Japan and overseas. This is the duo work to be tackled by founders Mamoru Sakata and Maiko Hasegawa for the first time in three years.

A contemporary dance company founded by Maiko Hasegawa and Mamoru Sakata in December, 2013. Maiko Hasegawa and Mamoru Sakata are partners both officially and privately. They perform joint creation, direction, constitution, choreography, and appearance.They pursuit the way of human relationship in space and express it in a simple way. They are also exploring the expression that variously changes every work.
