Euphonium Quartet OrigAmi Concert Series2021 Vol.2
A concert series by Euphonium Quartet Origami, which members are Kyohei Ando, Arisa Maita, Takahiro Iwamistu and Yukino Hamaoka. Vol.1 was held at the Nakameguro GT plaza Hall on November 30th 2021 and Vol.2 was held at the Tokyo Opera City Recital Hall on May 6th 2022. Performed their classical repertoire for the Vol.1 and 5 new commissioned works for the Vol.2.
Euphonium Quartet OriｇAmi
OrigAmi stands for “Origin” and “Amitie”. Formed by 4 alumni of the Kunitachi College of Music, Kyohei Ando, Arisa Makita, Takahiro Iwamitsu and Yukino Hamaoka. OrigAmi performs not only classical repertoire but also other genres such as Jazz and pops. Trying to be an origin of Japanese Euphonium Quartet group and perform worldwide. Selected as a semifinalist for the 48th Fischoff National Chamber Music Competition in 2021.
