Set in the near future, when the average life expectancy for humankind has dropped to fifty. Fearful of premature death, people crave meaning in their lives, and have started to seek bidan (a praiseworthy and beautiful story) to attach to their own deaths. “Bidan writers” who create bidan on request enjoy great popularity, with the most popular amassing huge fortunes. At some point, a leading writer consults with an impoverished novice writer, asking him if he will create for him the world’s most worthless bidan….
The encounter between the two will give rise to a terrifying bidan that shakes up society.

In the streamed performance accompanying the physical production, the troupe challenged itself to creating barrier-free theater by leveraging the digital medium and offering subtitles, sign language and other accessibility features.
