The second edition of a music festival first held last March in the Takeshiba area of Minato-ku under the theme of water, which symbolizes the harbor area. Centering around two indoor venues, the event offered a variety of performances in different places in the Takeshiba area, and engaged with the surrounding facilities. The festival buzzed with an array of artists from diverse musical genres including popular pianists and characters. Two street pianos for anyone to play were placed inside the festival venues, attracting plenty of participants. The festival was organized as a collaboration between the public and private sectors, offering for example a program of performances by junior high school students from Minato-ku.
