  • Type of Grant Program : Single

Outline

Neoclassical Collective musicians, mostly graduates of Tokyo University of the Arts as well as other institutions, perform music under the mission to explore new ways of sharing Classical Music. In this particular event, we explore the idea that the foundation of all Classical music is something familiar to all of us; a song. With the concept “Anyone can hum the tunes from Classical music”, we aim to bring the audience closer to Classical music by showcasing a small chamber orchestra performing various styles of music from Mozart to a commissioned piece inspired by Japanese songs. Our goal is to share Classical music especially with the younger generation and people in the similar age group of our musicians.
