Concert for everyone - Beyond Disabilities, Age and Nationality
Original Musical theater “Live with dignity”

  • Organization : Social Art OTOMACHI
  • Section : None
  • Type of Grant Program : Single

Outline

This project was to create and perform a musical play to convey the importance and preciousness of being alive now. The play was a great success, because during the Corona Vortex, some people became depressed and took their own lives due to anxiety and loneliness. In this play, Down’s children danced and people of all disabilities, ages, and nationalities sang in the chorus. Pictures painted by people with disabilities were displayed on the stage and in the lobby. All of them participated with the same goal, which was to understand each other, to have themselves, and to feel joy. In addition, the content of the play, the live singing voices, and the smiling faces of the participants moved the audience greatly.
