This project aims to promote mutual understanding through extensive dialog between participants from diverse backgrounds, principally those with intellectual disabilities, while they enjoy music and dance. Based on verbatim accounts from these sessions, participants and artists created musical compositions and made them public as video works on YouTube.

Formed in 2003, this group focusing on Nerima City residents with intellectual disabilities organizes a gathering of music and dance lovers for a variety of activities. The group holds workshops around once a month where participants enjoy folk songs and warabe-uta nursery rhymes, folk dancing, contemporary music, creating original aerobics, performing improv theater, etc.
