SAKASABUNE
A contemporary circus company formed in 2022 by two jugglers, Suzuki Jin and Matsunaga Shota. Its MO is simple: to offer performances featuring implements like nothing audiences have seen before.
The troupe held its first performance, “SAKASABUNE CouCou Trial,” in November of the same year with musician Takara Mahaya as guest performer.
The performance was well received by circus fans and producers in the Kanto area, and several other shows are already in the offing.
